'That will extend this fiasco for a long time'

The capitalists, the investors, the government are doing their jobs just like the RTC fiasco. Only difference this time is too many getting a free ride living in a home for free 2-3+ years now. That pisses me off.. Can the permabears who seem to have a lot of time on their hands and are much angrier than I start some watchdog group to 'out' those deadbeats, get some legislation passed to evict them or turn off utilities? How many foreclosures suits I see filed in 2007-08 that have a final judgement and foreclosure date set a long time ago are sitting in limbo and the owner still lives in the house only paying utilities. Just not good for society no matter what ulterior motives, if any, the financial entity that owns the mortgage may have.

In Florida they just passed legislation allowing HOA's to start billing tenants directly living in a condo complex if the owner is delinquent and protecting them from eviction if they deduct the HOA dues from the rent. A great idea.
