Hi Investor2,

The S&P lost almost 57% of value in the megabear 2008-2009 bear market -- even according to Bob Brinker.

However, you are correct that the loss from 1450 to 676 is not the full 57% loss from 1527 ON THAT buy. But it certainly was that much for what was invested in Brinker's model portfolios.

Now please, if you don't mind, for my future use, tell me how much was the loss from 1450 to 676....mathematics are not my strong suit. 8)
