I think the new wave of stock market participants may have been trained to embrace the short side more than many might suspect. I'm certainly not in that camp but down has been good for the last 10 years? FAST PRICE ACTION GETS THE BLOOD BUBBLING SO WELL - I DON'T THINK A 5% TAX INCREASE IN CAP GAINS WILL BE THAT BIG OF A CONSIDERATION.I COULD BE WELL WRONG. Bob
