After all, wealthy nations can afford much better EDUCATION for their children and also benefit from better health and nutrition -

We are wealthy country. We have decent public education for all people, plus the poor kids get free lunch to boot. We even bus the poorer kids to the higher income neighborhood schools. What's the problem then? How come the IQ's don't increase for the blacks and hispanics?
