"Projections" are not "actual results".

And yes we have the real world actual results of all factors combined (well there is always some degree of error in economic understanding, but we have a decent level of knowledge about what's happening in the economy, if not always why, and often not what's next), but we don't have the actual results, or if you prefer the wording, we don't have reliable knowledge of the actual results, of each specific factor, not even for the major ones.
