SCOLR Pharma says Carl Johnson is replacing Michael Taglich as chairman of the board From The Associated Press, September 27, 2010 - 5:15 PM BOTHELL, Wash. (AP) - Specialty drug company SCOLR Pharma Inc. said Monday it named Carl Johnson as chairman, replacing Michael Taglich who will remain on the board. Johnson joined SCOLR's board in June. He was president and CEO of Matrixx Initiatives from 2001 to 2008, and is a former executive of Perrigo Co. Taglich co-founded the brokerage firm Taglich Brothers in 1992 and has been president since that time. He became SCOLR's chairman in 2003.
