Guys,
why do you think farmland will be valuable? Because of the rising population? Because of the climate warming? Or because of the increased demand for food in Asia and India?
Why don't we try finding companies that would improve the efficiency of farmers. These companies will thrive too.
My choice is Monsanto, it is coming down again today.
