"Approval Pathway for Biosimilar and Interchangeable Biological Products" This is an alleged draft document pertaining to the upcoming hearings on this subject in early November: thehill.com While the hearings will likely have intermediate to long term implications for Momenta, I don't know if they will actually move the shares much at that time, as I doubt the FDA itself is going to say anything until it has digested the comments. I wouldn't expect to see anything concrete from the FDA until some time next year. Cheers, Tuck
