Watched it.

I think Whitman's got the plan. As I understand it, if we cut her taxes (by 5 mil?), end business regulations, screw the public employee unions, reform welfare, and kick 2 million illegals out without providing any sort of a route to citizenship, the budget will be balanced and prosperity will return.
If I've got the math right, we have a 19 B shortfall which she will close by giving 17B in tax breaks to the rich.

I love it when a plan comes together.
