Donnamike, I am shocked by some of the posts and the total lack of understanding about the MERGER (it wasn't a buy out). TPG and LUNN merged. Only two members of the LUNN team are included in the ATPX team. TPG was a much larger company than LUNN. TPG was private and LUNN was public. TPG was afforded a cheap way to become a listed company and there were some great synergies between the two companies. The primary example being Lunn's Alcore division being able to supply TPG with honeycomb material directly.
The CFO of TPG has become the CFO of ATPX. He is presently handling investor relations and PR. Apparently he is in no hurry to
broadcast what a great stock this is, so I don't know when the news will be coming out.
My only concern with this stock prior to the merger was that the EQUUS group, the largest shareholders of TPG and now ATPX were going to use the liquidity of a public company to dump their shares. This has not happened. They obviously have not been selling, unless they only owned 100 to 200 shares each.
The news that I have reported to be forthcoming is as follows:
Application and granting of NASDAQ National listing.
Earnings report from LUNN
New IR/PR firm
New contracts from TPG divisions. Large contracts.
Increased production from LUNN'S Alcore division.
There's more but that's enough for now. Anyone not willing to be patient and let this develop should sell this stock.
