Yes, same events.

INS overall has been getting more money. We're focussing on one or two items regarding biometrics. I believe that the House will probably pass this bill on voice vote tonight. We then need to confirm the bill text as passed, but I think it will be the same as what we've seen so far. No doubt Clinton will sign it.
