Several articles are declaring Intel has SERIOUS heat problems with their Pentium II chip for notebooks. The Pentium II runs HOT...Anything over 266MHz will cause serious heating problems for notebooks. So, as the desktops proceed to 300, 330, 350, 400 etc Intel is stuck with nothing faster than 266MHz in notebooks.

This is GREAT news....It allows the C-6+, having no problems with heat (and also cheaper) get a leg up on Intel in this area!! Intel will evenually solve this problem but it gives IDTI a window of opportunity, it's almost like the gods are helping us. Surely a major OEM in the notebook area would give IDTI a chance when C-6+ hits 300MHz instead of staying with the slower Pentium II.....
