That's good but better is NGD. After its New Afton project gets going (a couple of years), copper revenues at $3.25 per lb. and silver at $15 per oz. will pay for every ounce of gold extracted. At higher prices, Au will be extracted at negative cost. If Au goes to $2000 as this occurs, well, you do the math. NGD could conceivably be at $30 in a couple or so years. It is at $6 and change now.

Go to p.17.

newgoldinc.com

Which is why I own it.

In 2010, it increased its cash position by over $130 million without issuing any new shares. Has nearly $400 million in the bank.

A crazy good stock.

I am very bullish on gold. The gold mania has not started, but it will. It is quite likely that Au at $2000 is low.

Advice: don't fool with double or triple short or long anything. Too speculative. I do sometimes but often regret it.
