If it holds the 1131, worst case 1127 level, I do feel we can build higher if it bounces with some conviction. So yes I feel it could be a buy, not load the boat buy, but a long play nonetheless. It is way overdue for the pullback (I said that last week) and it could happen at any time, but remember ur last sell signal lasted all of 1 day. Any newbies, risk only what u feel comfortable and will not be hurt if u lose it.
