Bruce: This could either be good news, if it includes KM or bad news, if it doesn't. Right now, we don't have any information to really give us all a clue. With recent disclosure of Bramson purchase at $3.12, it is disheartening to see the price drop below $3.00. I would have thought Bramson's purchase would be seen as a sign to buy, but obviously not. This one has definitely been a tough one to read now for the better part of a year. Pass the Zantac. Sal
