This 20M isn't coming out of the 1.0B cash. In the conference call, they said this money is coming out of revenues. They projected that revenues for Q4 will be higher than Q3, and earnings will be flat or slightly higher due to the additional 20M marketing expense. The most critical item in Q4 will be revenues, and if revenues pick up in Q4, this will tell everybody that they turned this thing around.
