Bill, thanks for the comments.....no, I would not invest this for my mother's retirement but I would for my account. Although I am basing this on memory, I believe there is a legal requirement to add the number of shares convertible to the shares outstanding as of the date the debt is closed. You mentioned a reference to options.......this is a totally different area and I stand pat on my affirmation that you mis-read the 10Q. All the best,
