Have you considered what effect welfare & religion have had on the black & Spanish population? Have you ever stood in a grocery line where four out of five pay for their groceries with a link card? A father who stays with & raises a family of whatever number knows how many kids he can afford. But thanks to LBJ, the government now supports howevermany kids the mother pops out. And we, as a society, pay for their poor upbringing.
A simpleton like you shouldn't be trying to solve our problems.
