EC thinks there are a LOT of phony consultants in Phoenix, where I dwell. Mail-order Ph.D. types. More than in the rest of the world put together. I'm willing to trust him in this regard. As I am a consultant in Phoenix, albeit not in mining or stocks, I assume I am to be tarred with the same brush. (Foolish me, of course; I went into the Educ. business.) Don't have a mail order Ph.D., though. Do you think Mr. C. could locate one for me? In mining consultancy and newsletter production?
