Thanks. I was straightened out last night by my daughter on Ferengis. I have never gone in for science fiction since I was about 13 years old, at which point I realized that the actual world was much more weird and complicated than any science fiction, and that what I wanted in an author was someone who made sense out of it.

My my that looks exactly like Ayn Rand.

However, not to have all the "Star Trek" people and creatures straight nowadays is like not knowing your Greek mythology in centuries past, and I must hang my head in shameful ignorance.

Incidentally my very best investment ever was a Star Wars figure. I used to buy up deeply discounted toys at a Sear Surplus store to have a reservoir of birthday presents for any children who I suddenly heard had had a birthday. Two years or so ago my daughter found a Star Wars person in the original blister pack, marked $1.00. It had been in the attic about 15 years. She found it was worth about $45.

I predicted that today would be another BORING one and so far it is. Let's hope the bulls are losing hope.
