Often the best time to buy a stock is when former and present investors get anxious and fearful and the stock is near its low.
This has to be coupled with a possibility of stronger earnings and
revenues or takeover in the future. Try following that specialized
formula of Dr. X : 100% return= potential value+low popularity+
investor impatience+ tingle of fear (or even dread).
