Speaking of that why hasn't Obama and Congress moved to reinstate the estate tax for 2010 where it disappeared for a year? As for Hilton, I'm betting she's a trust fund or foundation baby. D's Gates and Buffet have nice tax avoidance foundations too. Maybe if the estate tax wasn't so high the foundation game wouldn't be necessary...but that's a whole industry within itself.
