ep I was thinking that part of the problem with your system is 2 year elections.. It takes longer to implement a good plan ... little time to screw things up... looks like your system is weighted towards failure.. I understand the paranoia about folks getting too much power.. but it seems that issue is moot.. the machine lives regardless of party ... who all seem to spend most time getting reelected ...
