Some probably still are. The demoralized local demographic now down multigenerations is probably weighing down any new infusion like a ton of bricks.


Yup. That's why it has to start at the grass roots level. When a critical mass is reached.......assuming it is, then the big boys will come in and spend the big bucks. In the meantime, Detroiters are on their own.
