Posted on Kitchen too--MKRS stock screener comparisons:

CNBC has a custom stock screener site at cnbc.com

I screened for the following criteria:

Market cap < 25 million: 3826 results
Q/Q Revs up 50%: 1156 results
Y/Y Revs up 50%: 537 results
12month Net income > 0: 4149 results
YTD (i think) Revenue > 5 million: 6298 results

The number of companies meeting ALL of the above criteria was only 4! Five were listed but one had the wrong mkt cap (is almost 99), one has a mkt cap of 24, another 19. One other is in the insurance biz and has a market cap of 10.5. The last one is on the pink sheets.

MKRS has a market cap of $5.7 million. Q/Q Revs are up 144%. Y/Y revs up 85%. Income is positive, and by year end the Revenue will exceed $5 million.

I realize that some of the data CNBC uses is old and these kinds of comparisons have limitations, but I think the results show how rare it is for a company to have the growth rate MKRS has, with virtually no debt, and real revenues, AND be profitable. The valuation seems unreal given what they are doing. I realize their growth won't continue at these rates forever, but is the party really over here? They have PLENTY in the pipeline that can contribute to further growth, and net income is likely to grow enough to give them a pretty low PE fast. Surely, hopefully, in time some new folks with deeper pockets will take notice and invest and the price will be more reflective of reality.
