Alert! On topic! had my first canceled REO sale today. was supposed to close last friday but SHTF.... as posted on this thread etc. Service companies are pulling back in a wave of cancellations on REO sales. Between the escrow companies, banks and servicers all pointing at each other ..it's turning into a circle jerk. Rumblings of retroactively rescinding closed sales are circulating in the legal community.... Now the attys are gonna get their stimulus. -g-
