You make a very valid point. I thought to myself when I first read the release, great!, that frees up the problem of having to pay cash in advance for the site and the amenities involved.

I believe that you are correct also in that this is an excellent ground floor opportunity!! :) Given the extended time frame now, I also think that with the holidays around the corner and money being a little tighter, there will be some very nice buying windows between now and next year. I plan on taking advantage...<g>
