That's because I am too ignorant to use a computer <g>

Architecturely, an address is but a destination for a document, and addresses can change over time. A document must somehow be prepared for presentation [formatted or printed as informed by address type] and then routed to a mailer [smtp daemon or a usps print--stuff-envelop--bag machine] with an appropriate address label. The problem is really that of having a firm grip on the address file: ETrade's grip appears somewhat slippery here. Even now I am receiving traded confirms forwarded.

With an email address, one runs the risk of having the documents mailed to a bit bucket and never learn about it. Then, looking at the adverts on my gmail pages, I cannot help thinking that google is also busy indexing my mail folder ;-) With USPS, at least I know if ETrade has managed to bungle up its systems again.

I am wondering if ETrade has finally lost it and is ready to be absorbed by somebody more capable.
