Al:

I am looking at it (Proposal No. 2). It has been sitting on my
desk fore awhile, and I just picked it up. It has also been
on the web for awhile:

sec.gov

Well, well. A possible stock split. Yeah, right. We need another
penny stock. "more difficult"..."removal of management". I see.

Back when AMD was still in the $20 somethings, CEO Sanders
blamed troubles on "young engineers" (AMD now low teens). TSXX
managent recently blamed troubles on "software bugs", or
whatever. Hmmmmmmmmmmm.. seems like management bugs to me...

Kent Electronics (KNT) recently had problems with getting
approval for an increase of shares.
(KNT: $47...$27...$17...???).

This trend of dilution is rediculous. Many earnings reports
read "$x.xx vs $y.yy on more shares", like it is something
to be proud of. Well managent, if you can make my shares
appreciate respectable, I will consider your proposal. On
the other hand, GET A CLUE...
