Comments coming from the AEA last week are weighing on the stock. One analyst said Yurie's products are not that special and the distribution agreements have no minimums. Add to that a huge valuation that has a lot of 'expectation' in the price - you get a lowering of the valuation.

Fair value is probably just below the offering price, or about $10.00 if Yurie has competition and can't make estimates. I would not want to hold the shares at this price. Waiting for 10.
