Well said, T Rex. The same could be said about all news as it relates to all areas of the market. Both "good" and "bad" news are simply lost in the tsunami of data that is generated with each passing second.

I vividly recall reading a paper on this topic years ago. The premise was that we will reach a point where events evolve so quickly that it will not be humanly possible to even begin to consider everything "relevant" that is transpiring. Plus, the definition of "relevant" is increasingly dynamic and elusive.

Creating algorithms to predict outcomes is not possible when the explanatory variables and predictands change from second to second...
