I am in my early 50's and think that there is a good chance that I can leave the "workforce" at age 55. My plans (not in any order) would be 1) help others with the personal finances 2) play lots of golf 3) manage our investments 4) spend time with my wife.

I firmly believe that you have to have some sort of mission in that phase of your life in order to thrive.
