I forwarded my concerns about the Rambler deal to Denver Harris.

Immediate response...good sign.

Here is what he sent:

"Firstly, the Rambler feasibility results for metallurgical recoveries and tonnage throughput are really the worst case scenario numbers so there is some potential upside on what was in the report. Also, since the results from the Rambler feasibility study were released, Sandstorm and Rambler have adjusted the terms of the deal using a formula based on recoveries and tonnes processed. Sandstorm should get around 4,000 ounces of gold per year until 175,000 total ounces are produced.

The $38 million announced financing puts us in a good position to complete more deals. With cash on hand it makes us much more competitive when looking to close transactions."

I did follow up questioning the use of a 6 year mine life.

Unless that mine has a whole lot more in the ground, this dog won't hunt.
