1. dead is dead, even if the coroner hasn't been summoned.

2. SNCG didn't provide any cash to BAI, Stockett did. Stockett isn't SNCG in legal terms, nor is the reverse true.

3. if SNCG had any cash don't you think the programmers and any others who were owed money would have sued to get it? Unpaid wages carries a high priority with courts (I'm sure that's true in Canada as it is here). No, any funds might well have been siphoned off by the offshore claimants that showed up suddenly at the time of its demise.

4. how about the NYSE & NASDAQ to name some who would have claims against SNCG for the unauthorized use of their copyrighted data?

5. the only really worthwhile databases that SNCG would own would the the subscribers list - which they could sell off to scammers and boiler room artists for obvious reasons. (call me a cynic)

6. I didn't say a class action already existed; I said "...even if it ends up with some assets... a class action will work to chip away at them." That was a prediction that if assets were found disgruntled shareholders would try to get them to recoup losses from allegedly fraudulent acts of the management. There are attorneys that specialize in that, correct?

7. if lightening strikes the SNCG creature or if it metamorphoses into something else that gets a lot of hype there will be people who become interested; the dog's pedigree should be available to all such people, wouldn't you say?
