How many investors have sweaty palms sitting on the sidelines waiting to jump in for the first time or average down? EVERYONE'S WAITING FOR THE BOTTOM. I thought I'd make my final average down purchase today at 21.5 and it's now almost one point below that. On the bright side, if this keeps up we'll soon be rescued by the VALUE INVESTORS!
