We'll see. Yep.. we will. But I think it's pretty sound logic that, if the Congress succeeds in getting an overall suspension in the foreclosure process, so necessary to clearing the overhang of supply, we're in for a double dip in RE. And that means that anyone holding MBS (banks, Fannie/Freddie, FHA), or the liability for feeding payments into those MBS/CDOs, are in for a serious problem. Hawk
