I did not use those words but I think I conveyed the sense that it was imo, not the best deal that could have been done. Big money wants in to this sector and they will throw their weight around to get their way. How many mining companies have done financings without warrants in the past five years? I can probably count them on one hand and have fingers left over. Unless you have deep-pocketed investors that are backing the company (like Amarillo Gold, for example) it's hard to swim against the tide.
