It becoming more probable that we might see a test of the all time highs in CPTL, which is at $19 & change. A close above $15 1/2 would have been ideal but strong volume accompanied with further price gains indicate we should see still more follow through tomorrow, provided nothing drastic happens to the market in general. Hold on to your hats and be on your toes!!!
