Just read that Obama is sitting on a bill that would likely have tremendous impact on the validity of those foreclosure fraud cases: cnbc.com Not sure it's constitutional, since each state generally reserves the right to determine what constitutes a legally signed document in their respective states. But Obama, if he signs it, is going to face a huge backlash from those folks who are struggling to prevent being thrown out of their homes (whether they deserve to be or not.. ;0) Hawk
