All of these things take two parties Hawk... Is the US so foolish to be conned by China over and over... or are they more like a junkie.. I really think you are off base on this one.. I make my own trades regardless of who reco's whatever.. No one presses buy or sell on my keyboard but me.. The US makes its own choices.. and needs look inward for the solutions.. Sounds like the US has not reached bottom yet.. TBS
