I bought more today too. I had been sitting on a stink bid at 73 cents for several weeks and gave up on it. Then this PP came out from left field and I figured I could at least take advantage of price weakness so I doubled up.

I have heard the same crap before about the PP terms. When CS went to market a few years ago and did a huge financing well below market, I complained to the company and was told that the institutions were calling the shots on the deal and management went along with it to be sure they had access to financing on any subsequent placements. I can live with that explanation except for the fact that the institutions taking down the deal also made millions on finders fees for a deal that was oversubscribed from the day it was announced. That is what really pisses me off, on top of all the broker warrants and DD fees they charge to put something like this together.

Like CS, over the longer term all that matters is if the company can use the funds to create shareholder value. I think SSL will be a big winner so I just hold my nose here and put up with this shit for the next couple of weeks.

cheers!
