LAAQ at an all time low, no volume as it has trickled down.

I bought in at .17, would like to average down, what do you think??

It would seem at .06 or so it might be a good buy only because it has come down on no volume and it would seem that any buying would bring it back up to .13 cents or so.

Let me know your thoughts if possible.
