CC...First thanks for taking the time to develop a detailed answer to my questions. I now better see your point of view...

<<So what is exceptional about them owning IPM?

What if they made an error buying IPM ? Like they did with a few other
company.... Like we all do.>>

I guess it comes down to degrees... 2 points:

1. what is exceptional?

Well, what first pops into my head here is that IPM is at least in the top 100 as far as midas is concerned. I'm sure they don't use a dart board to pick their stocks<grin>. This puts IPM head and shoulders above the competition IMO and does give them creditability. That is what is important to me. exceptional? well maybe not...but I never claimed they *were* exceptional just because midas holds IPM stock.

2.What if they (midas) made an error buying IPM?

Certainly I do not think that midas is incapable of making mistakes or being conned. BUT, they are far less *likely* to make an error in fact or judgement than I am. I only know what I read mostly on the internet, investor newsletters (for the record, yours included), and talking to the company itself.

Do I think that IPM will reveal far more to midas than to me? YOU BET! So, again IMO, midas is making a far more informed decision than I am able to from the information I have access to.

One more thing. And this probably applies to me as much or more than to anyone else, midas makes their investment decisions *without* emotion. They are not subject to the hype of touts or shorts. Us little fish huddle in a large school, hoping that the sharks will eat some other poor fish on the outskirts of the school, if you know what I mean.

Anyway, thanks for taking the time to explain yourself. BTW, I will be GLAD to sell you some of my shares....but the price must be right!<grin>

I think this week I am going to be VERY RICH!!!! I assume you have taken note of what newsletters have been saying today about IPM?

Best to you
