It wasnt just the small caps, all stocks kinda jumped up this morning. It was the buy on the dipsters going back to their old ways again, but it didnt last today. For the last ten years the dipsters have been greatly rewarded so its going to take a little time before they learn what exactly is going on...which I believe is the smart money selling slowly as to not "tank" the market all at once... The end of the tulipomania is here, stocks do not go up forever, and its very possible to lose money in the market...but not everyone "comes around" at the same time.
