Starting to see some interesting moves in the Monolines (ABK, RDN, PMI.. etc). Have to believe that BAC halting all foreclosures will play into the legal hands of the monolines who have been alleging origination fraud by the banks, and attempting to mitigate/commute their insurance obligations. But I think it's really the fact that the only way out of this mess is to assert the Frank/Dodd resolution authority (as Denniger mentioned. zerohedge.com Hawk
