I wonder where MPRS would be trading today had the GTIS deal not been announced. They are really dragging MPRS down. I wouldn't blame MPRS for turning down the deal if things don't turn around for GTIS. Anybody know the specifics of when the vote is, etc.? Another suitor could potentially come in and sweeten the offer at these levels, but I don't know who else would want MPRS (maybe EA?)

I remember when a bank stock I followed a couple years ago turned down a merger because the stock price of the acquirer tanked. They eventually sold to another bank a couple years later but at a much better price.
