FYI:

I emailed Kostech today and asked them what their current position was on UMSI. Their prompt response:

"We are awaiting the SEC filing before we re-assess the situation, should be out by Nov. 15"

Note the unusually high volume again today as well: 268,500.

I increased my position today. It was that or buy a fist full of
candy bars. I was lured in by the technology, which I still feel is
a valuable asset. I hope management can take advantage of it to our collective benefit.
