Health has to be the first asset in one's personal asset list. Simplicity and flexibility of one's plan for financing retirement are important characteristics. Our vineyard is a struggle because we live in the high desert lands of Western Nevada. We have to deal with cold so its not as easy as a place in Calif. but it seems to be working. Regards, DD
