Now that the market is leader and clue less, let us work on some
not so harmfull medicin/health related technologies.
Lats time I wrote a peice on teh use of turmeric.
This time I will follow the lead on chilli, especillay hot pepers
that too red.
1) There has been some studies saying that hot pepers are good for some wound healing. Again there was a peice on NPR where one of the caller quoted that he/she has been cayon peper poder as a pain killer.
Whenever there a cut or wound he/she applies either paste or powder form of red peper on top the wound.It seems these pepers immediately
affect nerves and make them less sensitive to pain. I have not tried
yet, though.
2) My personal experience with hot peper solution is to use them as
pesticide. I have been using a combination of hot peper powder and
well ground garlic to as a pesticide in my graden. Especially I don't
like to spray pesticide and otehr chemicals on tomatto after it blossoms. So what I did for the past couple of years to make a solution out of these incrediants and spray on teh surface of teh affected plants. Within no time you will see the result. But you
have to be careful though. If the solution is too strong you will kill the plant within a day or two like what weed killers do. I
tested on coupld of other vegetable plants with very good success. Coming summer I am going to test this on other stuffs.
This year we had record yield in our tomatto plants.
Yes hot pepers have the effect of repelling some of the common
insects and bugs. If you notice, you have less frequent attact of
insects and bugs on peper plants than others.

We use quite a bit of red pepers in our food.

I am still waiting for clear direction on the market. though I am
on the verge of losing some more money some of the options that I played
on IBM and COMS.

I have been accumulating on AMAT since 38. I will slowly cost dollar
average this and may venture into one of the communications companies.
I am not sure what to amke of COMS at this moment.
I think there is still some room for buying opportunities in
AMAT, INTC, TXN, COMS, CSCO IMHO.
