I will give you #1, #2 is substained in the 30s, but 22 is ridculous, #3, still should be in the 30s, #4 nope, not really taking a big bite out of buisness, #5 was explained (no factor), #6 nope, no problems, much awards and contracts, #7 shear speculation when mentioning anything about mergers, #8 we have been there, done that, and moved on (hence 26). Still no reason to be this low.
I think it is a trap for put purchases, and calls.
